Drew, give our readers a brief intro about what you do and how you got started.

We empower business owners through effective and efficient methods of accepting payment for their goods and services.

As an Account Executive, my role is to gain a detailed understanding of each businesses challenges, needs, and business model to help determine the best method of accepting payments. My focus areas are on improving cash flow and operational efficiencies.

After partnering with a business, I act directly as their payments partner and account manager to share knowledge on any ways to better improve payments collection.

Originally, I started my career in direct to consumer sales. Wanting to focus as more of a consultant in the B2B space, I decided to embark on a journey in merchant services.

This industry has allowed me to create life long relationships and fulfill my passion for service.

What have been your biggest challenge(s) so far?

Overcoming the negative perception of the merchant services industry. Historically, there has been a large lack of education and transparency in merchant services.

In spite of this, it can be challenging initially to create a new relationships with businesses who have had a negative experience with an alternative provider in the past.

I am a big believer that the industry does not define the individual.

What you’re most proud of / what readers should know about your work / what sets you apart from others.

Service and availability truly set us apart. On the weekends and on vacations, I am always available for clients. Just because I decide to stop does not mean your business does. I pride myself on the level of service I give my clients as their partner in payments.

Another area that set us apart would be the emphasis on providing additional value added services. When checking in on my partners, I always inquire about other areas of operations or challenges they may be facing.

I continually connect clients with other trusted vendors in my sphere of influence that can assist with many facets of the business beyond payment.

What does success mean to you / what gives you most gratitude?

Success to me is measured in the amount of impact I have on others. What gives me the most gratitude is the thanks and testimonials I receive from clients after helping them overcome their challenges. A perfect example is the testimonial below:

What do you think is most unique about the city/population of Boca Raton and working with this community?

Boca Rotan is a city full of dreamers and high achievers. Having a local presence in Boca and impacting the community by helping businesses facilitate commerce is extremely empowering.
