Beauregard fine meats & butchery is a family owned butcher shop in Boca Raton, FL. Our goal is provide our customers and community with the best tasting and highest quality product we can source as locally as possible. We strive to bring in as much of our meats from small farms in and around Florida. The animals we use are treated with a great deal of respect from the time they are born until harvest. We take pride in knowing where our animals come from, what they eat and how they are treated. Transparency is crucial to our ethos.
The shop will offer a wide selection of fresh cut meats, delicious sandwiches utilizing our own meats, hand made sausages, charcuterie, local and imported salami, and other artisan goods. More ambitious items for the gourmand will also be available and continuously changing. Items like house made demi-glace and other sauces, house fermented items, prepared meals that are easy to heat and serve will be available as well.
Special requests are encouraged! Just tell us what you are looking for and we will do our best to get it ready for you in a timely manner. Esoteric items as well, just allow for plenty of lead time. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
